Please see below for the Heritage & Hart return/exchange policy. As of November, 2016, Heritage & Hart will happily cover return shipping on orders over $50. Thank you!



Did we send the wrong size? Damaged product? We're sorry to hear that, but we want to make it right. If we made an error in fulfilling your order we will cover the return shipping. If you would like to return your item for any other reason outside of an error on our part, we are happy to grant you store credit as long as you return your item to us within 7 days of your receipt of the product. Simply pay return shipping and we will work with you to ensure that you find another fabulous look with your store credit.

It is the buyer's responsibility to track their return. Buyer is responsible for shipments lost in transit from the buyer to Heritage & Hart.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Free of stains or any alterations and with original tags attached.

Swimwear and intimate items are not eligible for return and are final sale. No exceptions.

Merchandise sold at 30% off or greater is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, a store credit will be issued to you via email.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
